Dear fellow rock saviours,
Due to my ongoing work commitments and some great writing opportunities, it’s with great disappointment that I have to announce the end of Saviours of Rock.com as we know it.
I want to thank Anarchy Angel for helping kick-start this thing in the first place and to Deb Rao for all her great interviews and articles. Big thanks to Matt Rewinski who I’ve never even met in person, but who has been loyal to the site since near the beginning – he is a great writer, and I wish him the best of luck. Huge thanks to all the bands, artists, labels and management that have helped us and shown such generosity – the music business as I’ve known it, deserves a far better reputation than it’s got – it has been nothing but good to me.
Thanks to everyone else who gave all their support and love – especially the rock community and everyone from the forum.
The site is now sitting on a free server, so it will not be going anywhere.
The forum, blogs and podcast will be down because I haven’t got the time to moderate them.
MySpace, You Tube, iTunes and our other networks will be up, but basically unmaintained.
