FIRST OFF – HOW ARE YOU GUYS AND WHATS IN THE WORKS FOR YOU AT THE MOMENT?
we're doing pretty well at the moment. our guitar player george is just getting back from his month long trip to greece. we've been speaking everyday and we just can't wait till he gets back to unleash the wolf on some more of these unsuspecting fuckers. we just feel it's time for people to start coming back around to the straight up rock music.
we're about to start recording a few new songs..
YOU GUYS HAVE’NT BEEN AROUND FOR LONG, WHO ARE YOUR BIGGEST INFLUENCES, PERSONAL AND AS A BAND?
band wise..defintley black sabbath. they're our biggest. alice in chains, the doors, down, pentagram, kyuss..and even the god's themselves, kiss.
personally..my favorite bands are vision of disorder, neurosis, carnivore, exhorder.etc
joe our drummer loves COC and the misfits.
our guitarist george is into the more punk/obsecure shit..black flag..isis..and nick cave.
sol, the bass player is totally into blue cheer, pentagram, void, witchfinder general. shit like that.

I LOVE THE NAME, WHATS THE STORY BEHIND IT?
the name is basically a big middle finger to what's going on nowadays..everyone has the stupid fuckin AS I BURN THE SKY FALLING type bullshit..but truthfully it has a very deep meaning to us..some people have figured it out..some haven't..but the more songs you hear from us..and the more thought you give..i guarntee , you'll find out for yourself.
WHEN DID YOU START UP? HOW DID THAT END UP HAPPENING?
well..the guitarist, bass player and myself started in another band about 3 years ago..we left and george and i just started writing new songs in my house for about a year. we just sat around in my living room with our stacks surrounding us..smokin cigs..experimenting with other controlled substances and the wolf was born. we went thru a shitload of drummers but we've found our boy. |

SO WHATS NEXT IN THE PIPEWORKS THEN?
alot of shows..alot of booze. hopefully some label shit in the future. we've got alot of things in the works..merch and such. by the end of the year, we're planning on everyone knowing who the fuck we are.

yeah. george, debbs and myself are from brooklyn..our bass player sol is from long island.
HAVE YOU HAD MUCH SUCCESS IN THE STATES, OR OVERSEAS (EARLY DAYS I GUESS)?
we've just started pretty much. we get great feedback online..mostly from the midwest and from over the pond.
ANY MEMORABLE GIGS?
our first one with this line-up at club rnr in manhattan. it was fuckin killer. all of our friends and familes showed up..and we just torn the place down. |

eh..signed wise..i like this new band i've heard called SAHG..there's a couple of good bands coming out from around us..not many of them sound like us.. but hardcore wise..lifetime of deciet..reclaim the crown. |
